Jodie and Tami began marketing Crystal Place in January of 2006. Although
Crystal Place is in it's final stage of completion, a time when community
sales generally slow down a bit, they both embraced the challenge! Jodie and
Tami had worked together before and knew that they made a great team.
Jodie has been selling Real Estate for about ten years and most of her
experience has been in new home sales. She has worked in a number of Johnson
County sub-divisions, including Greenview Ridge, Oakmont and Highland Ridge,
all in Shawnee, plus The Estates at Palisade Park in Overland Park and
Persimmon Pointe in Olathe. She has been working with most of the builders
in Crystal Place for about nine years.
Jodie earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Avila University and was
a loan originator prior to becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker. She feels
that both her education and her past experience make her a perfect fit for
new home sales. Jodie enjoys the relationship-building that usually goes
along with the building process. Plus, she has been on the buyer's side of
building three homes for herself and her family, so she can relate to the
stress that seems a normal part of the experience!
Tami has been selling Real Estate for the past five years. She has assisted
in marketing numerous new home communities, including Highland Ridge and
Crystal Place, on a part-time basis, during that time. Since Crystal Place
is her first position as a community manager, she adds a fresh approach to
the marketing plan. In addition to her awesome enthusiasm, Tami brings with
her a strong background in marketing. Prior to becoming a licensed Real
Estate agent, she was marketing director and franchise owner for a national
pizza chain. She earned a degree in Restaurant and Hotel Administration from
Missouri State University.
Tami has a thorough knowledge of the marketplace. Her strong work ethic and
her willingness to listen to the needs of her clients have made her very
successful in Real Estate. She has also been on the"other side" of building
and understands some of the frustration that is sometimes involved.
